As the Head of Chefs of Mykonos, Christos is a professional talented Chef having previously worked in Michelin restaurants and already having an amazing career, including working in Greece and private dining in UAE.
Over his global career, he has evolved his cooking to incorporate the modern fine dining style whilst maintaining the authentic Greek concept inspired by his homeland, which is what he is now bringing to Mykonos island.
Argiris is an exceptionally experienced chef, ranging from fine dining and Asian cuisine to Greek authentic tastes, with many years working experience to some of the most famous restaurants in Mykonos.
It is his pleasure to use this experience to cook for Chefs of Mykonos, providing nutritionally balanced meals using fresh ingredients. We are very excited to have Argiris in our team and he’s been busy devising menus full of delicious, mouth-watering dishes ready for our esteemed guests.
Being a trained chef, Ippokratis gives a real understanding of the overall private dining experience. He is a great asset to our team and he is widely experienced in the hospitality business. His focus is always on creating tasty and perfectly executed plates of food using a blend of both modern and classic techniques.
Keeping the dishes looking simple and elegant, he sticks to flavour pairings in order to showcase the best of what is in season. His experience with some of the best restaurants in Greece is truly remarkable.
A highly experienced Chef with great knowledge of the Greek culinary scene, George is excited to bring his dedicated culinary skills to our team. His passion for food and guest satisfaction further the team’s ambition of offering one of the best culinary experiences on Mykonos island.
Always looking for a new challenge, he knows to finely balance flavours, and to strive always for perfection. Working with some of the most famous restaurants in Greece including Michelin ones, he strives to apply his skills, passion and tasting prowess.
